The Delta Chapter is proud to host the
Democratic candidate for Louisiana's Governor, John Bel Edwards, as
speaker for the September 14th program.
John Bel Edwards is the State Representative (D-Amite) of the North Shore region, and is running for Governor. At
the Sierra Club monthly meeting, Sunday, Sept. 14th, John Bel will
address the Levee Authority lawsuit and the related legislation from the
2014 session, as well as the fracking ingredient disclosure legislation
he passed several years ago. He will also entertain questions at the
end of his talk.
